Great news for Adoptees in the State of Ohio. Ohio Senate Bill 23 is in effect as of March 2015 which allows Adoptees to obtain their adoption records through the Ohio Department of Health’s Vital Statistics department.

This is a great first step, but may not be enough to locate your biological lineage.  PSI can perform extensive research to locate biological relatives and help to answer those sensitive health and background questions.
